Excellent lakeside location and close to town amenities. Comfortable, clean and good value for money. Check in experience was well organised and good communication throughout.
Crockery and glassware a little disorganised with wine glasses and tea cups all of different sizes… could save the fights over who gets the bigger by providing matching sets!

Reasonably good location.
I was looking forward to the spa bath but that didn't function well, it wouldn't go off so I was in a raging pool.
The main bed was hard & the small bed was very soft you couldn't sleep in it.
