The property was clean and bright. There were lots of areas to sit outside and it was a great walking distance to everything. The hotel also had everything you could need- water, food, amenities, etc.

I booked it for my father. He is 70 years old. He went and stayed there in Varanasi which was his birthday trip in 2026. The experience was amazing. Starting from cleanliness to security to staff everything was perfect. The staff members even helped with his birthday cake cutting at the property
Loved everything. It’s slightly inside the town but that we knew even before booking so no complaints

Food was not good at all. Coffee was pathetic.
Ordered french fries and they were cold and stale
Gyeser was not working.
Complained about it several times but issue was not sorted
