The staff was very nice and very helpful.
We are the type of people that don’t wear shoes inside the rooms cause we don’t like to bring dirt from outside. But the cleaning ladies not only wear shoes, but their shoes stains were all over the bathroom as well as the towel on the floor. I think if you are cleaning and you see that, you shouldn’t leave it like that. Makes the place look and feel dirty. Also the pool was not clean.

They upgraded our room when I complained about the age of the hotel. They were accomodating in this respect. The staff was helpful.
The facilities were very old. It felt like no one had stayed there for several years. The photos on the site did not match the reality of the hotel. There were fountains everywhere that had no water. There were signs saying that the hotel was for sale and it felt like this hotel was on its last legs.
