awful

A very good location, clear instructions for keys pick up. the reception is nice, up to certain point (when you mention the problem in the property). And they had quite good internet.

The room is really shabby, it does not look as neat as on the photo. The bed is broken, mattress is sunk in a frame and moves on survived lamellas like rocking chair. It was too late to move to other place, and it was the worst sleeping experience ever. I cancelled the second night. I would deal with tarmac-colour linen etc "signs of former glory and better times" comparing to the site picture but the rocking bed killed the sympathy to the place. The reception refused to admit the problem, claiming the bed was bought a year ago. PS I did not use the bathroom, so unaware of the rest of hidden surprises.
