Cleanliness is the most i like and its too big room with a clean bathroom with a big mirror and the staff are friendly

Staff is very friendly and helpful as one would expect in a Grand Hyatt.
The rooms are only partially renovated, literally. One side of the bathroom is rather new and decent, the other side is very old, ugly, and worn wooden (veneered) walls and doors that peel off. Why does a hotel stop renovating a room half way?
Windows are not neatly closed (can’t open them) and the songs from neighboring mall are good to hear.
Room temperature control not working properly.
