he hotel has an excellent location with convenient transportation. It’s close to Hakata Station, and the Chiyoda‑Jinja Subway Station is also nearby. Canal City Hakata is right across the street. The room is spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are friendly with great service.

Location of the hotel is good, close to the train station, yet far enough to be quiet and in a nice area.
The hotel is quite new and well kept.
Staff were inexperienced and not generally helpful. There were quite a number of "trainees" who were not well trained and were not properly supervised.
There is a need to engage some staff who can speak English or other foreign languages, if the hotel wishes to attract more overseas clients.
