Location is great, close to Hakata station with lots of shops and restaurants near by, very convenient. Hotel is pretty new, staffs are friendly and helpful. Although the room is small, but it still got all the standard amenities; enough power outlets.
Room was so small that a 26" luggage couldn't even open...

The proximity to Hakata Station is great. Several konbinis are located a few meters (7-eleven & Lawson) from the hotel. You can easily plan your itinerary. The staff are very accommodating.

The location is quite good and the room, although small, is okay for the price. The staff was nice and helpful.
They don't have laundry machines, unlike other business hotels. Also I believe they were involved in some kind of data leak, we started receiving scam messages with our information from this reservation.
