The location is good and it is convenient to go to Lawson.
The cleanliness is not up to expectation. Some facilities were not well-maintained or repaired e.g. the shower head was leaking and the door was noisy when closing. The lights in the room was not bright enough. The tableware of the buffet breakfast were not clean and be refilled fast enough. There is a lack of hot dishes or meat and the food was not quickly refilled. The choice of the menu should be different from day to day.

Room - Comfortable and meet our expectations
Bathroom - Clean and well maintained
Storage of luggage - Hotel can accommodate to our request to store our luggage in advance before our check in
Front desk staff can be more friendly and approachable.

Great location, clean.
The hotel was not modern. No individual climate control in the room. Myself and other guests commented on the unacceptable heat while sleeping.
