Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, very comfortable bed.
Lack of outside window to let natural light into the room. Towels unnecessarily delivered everyday, so there was a constant surplus of towels that weren't required.

I found everything very practical and efficient. Location was also very good.
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The room was very clean and, although quite small, it was thoughtfully designed and well laid out. Everything was easy to find, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was also very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and the central station nearby.
The room was quite small, and the price felt a little high for what we got. However, we stayed during a weekend when several events were taking place in the city, so the higher price was understandable given the dates.

It was affordable and okay for one night.
Checking in took forever. Technology didn’t speed things up. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Until I called to find out if there was a way to warm up my room, it was freezing.
