Room is spacious, walkable distance to Hakata station. We are travelling with an infant and a young kid, so the kitchen and the laundry are very convenient. The bathroom has a heating function so clothes can dry overnight. Room is clean, love our stay here.
The lift space is very small but not a deal breaker

Great location. Good size room for a family. Near restaurants, shops and train station

Good location. Walk 7 minutes to subway. Ride one station to Yatai in Tenjin for dinner. Walking distance to Hakata station, Amu Plaza, Yanagibashi Market, Hakata Canal City.
No loading bay outside the hotel if you are driving.

Location is good. Can very easy to find out the site and restaurant
Only have one mug for four people to share in one room. Not unhygienic. Have to pay local tax even hotel booking already included tax. Not really good at communicating with English. No bowl or plates that can be used at room
