Great location, quiet area but close to Leaning Tower. I love the use of keypads/pin numbers to get into property and rooms - far preferable to keys/card. Made for an easy check in. Large room, with a well lit en-suite. It was basic but functional, with a comfortable bed plus access to communal kitchen and small outdoor terrace. Everything was clean and tidy. Air-conditioning and WiFi were good too.
Could probably do with refurbishment. Furniture was pretty dated. But for a couple of nights, I think it was great value for money.

The owner is super nice and helpful, WiFi great, location great, we could leave the luggage after check out.
The room had some bad smell I don’t know what maybe air condition was not cleaned ages but it smelled. Didn’t know that bathroom is outside of the room, and that kitchen is for everyone.

Close to the Center and Pisa Tower. Good value for cheap price
Bathroom outside the room, difficult to adjust shower water temperature. It's either cold or hot
