The swimming pool was good and well enjoyed. The restaurant was also good. Although the food choices were limited, the taste was nice. The overall place has a peaceful country club feel.
The rooms are very old and not properly maintained. The toilet had a bad smell, probably because there was no exhaust fan or proper ventilation. The check-in experience was also disappointing. The official check-in time was 3:00 PM, and I arrived around 1:30 PM. Unlike many hotels that allow early check-in when rooms are available, this hotel required extra payment for early check-in.
Even after waiting until 3:00 PM, there was no one properly assisting at the reception until around 3:30 PM. One staff member in hotel uniform was smoking outside and just passed through the lobby without offering help. Only after I requested him directly, he assisted me with the check-in.
The family room was really big, with two beds on one side and another bed in the opposite corner. However, there was only one aircon, which was not enough for such a large room. The fan was closer to only one bed, so we all had to stay near that side to feel comfortable. The Wi-Fi was also really bad and needs serious improvement.
