Location was excellent. And being connected to Mid Valley Megamall made it easy to access food and other resources.
The hotel is definitely showing its age. With wear and tear obvious in both the rooms and along rhe corridor. I was staying in room 1422 and directly opposite me, the laminates of the other rooms were torn down. The toilet cistern in my room was also disconnected and unable to fill up after flushing, and was rectified only after I called for maintenance.
I hope the upcoming refurbishment would help breathe new life to the hotel.

The customer service was excellent and the front desk team checked us in quickly. Beside is a shopping mall, making it perfect for exploring.
