Not linked to the mall directly but still convenient location to midvalley mall. 5mins drive.
Our room was a little smelly. Unfortunately, was told that hotel was fully booked and we cannot change room. Staff was nice enough to offer air freshener but I expected better room quality from a rated 4* hotel.

The ambience and staff. It is also very clean and comfortable.
The pillows are uncomfortable but the mattress is great.
