The kindness and hospitality of the staff was out of this world. Every staff member would say hello. This made our holiday so much better.
Live music every night was so nice.
Water pressure in the bathroom was not very good.

Complete paradise, clean, comfortable, access to the beach from our room, dipping pool was perfect after swimming in the ocean.
Water sports facilities were disappointing. Bring your own snorkelling gear as the water sports office was expensive and not very accommodating.

Amazing location. Comfortable room with fabulous bathroom. Very clean, free water supplied every day. Fabulous breakfast.
Only downside was our plunge pool had a leak and water level dropped every day

The central pool location to the bar and restaurants and games room. The Fijian staff were awesome John (Hone) at the bar, such a great barman with the social skills to match , then there was Mala from the restaurant, he makes the meanest chicken wings and Kokoda and Mellileti in the restaurant always greeting us with a smile, just to name a few but the activities staff were also funny and interactive. The restaurant and bar manager was awesome and organised a fantastic dinner for our anniversary. The staff definitley are the gems of the island and make it so easy to sink into Fiji time. Great water but limited area for swimming with resort boats taking a large area from mooring and travel.
No introduction or navigation to resort upon arrival.
The hotel needs a pastry chef as the pastries on offer are not light and fresh.
Hotel should advertised if all facilities are not available. I was unite disappointed that the Indian restaurant was closed the entire visit as the floor was being renovated.

Amazing place to get a break from your busy life. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious. Loved their chicken nachos, so good.
Good variety of cocktails to choose from and very yummy.
A must do is the sunset view up the helipad. Such a great view, just makes you soak in all the beauty.
Room was very clean and housekeeping was great. We had a room with plunge pool, good place to relax the night away.
Nothing really. Had a wonderful time and everything was great.

The island is beautiful! Stunning views, great snorkelling!
The restaurants were average and definitely could not see the value for money. The Indian restaurant was brilliant but expensive.

The outlook from the resort and of the resort on approach was beautiful. The snorkelling off the beach amongst the seaweed/sea garden and the reef was probably the best I have seen in Fiji. The aqua aerobics was fun. Overall we did enjoy our stay. Aside from a couple of bar staff who didn’t seem to want to acknowledge us the first time, the staff were actually all lovely and helpful. We witnessed the best fire twirling I have ever seen in any country at this resort.
Struggled with the big blank wall that you see at the back of the room every time you open the door and walk inside with the visible locked doorway between rooms. Visually that didn’t look good and felt odd. Totally understand this happens in hotel rooms etc - usually more subtle or not the first thing you see but was too prominent with the room layout. Rooms could definitely do with updating. The grounds in the resort were a little tired compared to other resorts we have stayed in. I managed to trip and fall over our little deck into the garden at 7am one morning simply by stepping outside the door. Was very bruised all over. Totally sober. A side rail would have stopped this. The pool water was not swimmable one day and still coming right another day. Said the waterfall didn’t work overnight one night which meant the water hadn’t filtered. They need to keep a very close eye on this to avoid in the future. There is no happy hour. Just a drink special of the day which might save $5fj. Don’t order the omelette if the scrambled eggs look rubbery( or order these). They are all made from the same mixture which was over whipped the first few days. Came right and looked much better the last couple which also meant the omelette was great too. The build up to the fire twirling was loooong.. songs and dances all same same and went on much longer than needed. This could be cut in half for happier children and audience.

We loved everything! The Sheraton Resort and Spa at Tokoriki Island made us feel like they were our family and very relaxed.
There is nothing we didn't like.

Throughout our stay, We Love the Staff ❤️ restaurant/reception/drivers/room service/singers/boat staff, luggage pers......special metion to Taniela, Eilaisa, Iilaisa, Josefa, Vili were awesome, welcoming, attentive, great attitude, happy, accommodating and caring. They made our stay extremely fun and happy to be around with their great hosting. We miss them a lot!!
Food and drinks was good.
Unfortunately we didn't get a good reception in the convenience store. Customers were not greeted (simple Bula☺️ would have been nice), felt ignored when served at the counter, even though we tried to converse politely. They seemed uninterested in serving us and others.
STAFF ARE IMPORTANT PLEASE FURTHER SOME MUCH NEEDED TRAINING. WE CARE FOR THEM TOO.
Didn't like the 'island time' excuse. Should be 'on time, moving with the times' We observed many complaints on our first night of service in the restaurant which was disheartening. Staff would benefit from working within own stations and taking care of their own tables, unfortunately it was a cluster and meals were delivered incorrectly, not delivered, long waiting times for both food and drinks, very disgruntled customers. We waited 45mins to receive our meals. Fortunate being Pacific Islanders ourselves we understand the meaning of 'island time'.
We understand the heat and working in these hot conditions. It was very unfortunatly disheartening to see Staff working hard sweating through their uniforms, dripping of sweat on and around the food, bartenders also dripping of sweat on and around the beverages, added stress of incorrect orders being recorded and delivered and attending to all walk in patrons.
Staff need fans or portable air con units in all their working environments. This could also help with the amount of flies during the morning and days around food and bar areas. Another unpleasant scene (flies) during breakfast, lunch time in bar and other servery areas.
Beverage glasses were dirty and not clean. Still had remenance of cream, lipstick, greasy to pick up, from previous drinks.
Room was not ready and set up for us from previous stay, missing toiletries, no teaspoons , coffee and teabags not topped up. Minor detail requirements but room, bed were comfortable.

- Beautiful surroundings
- Incredible staff. They went above and beyond.
- Wonderful selection of food.

Beautiful peaceful bure with its own small deck, outdoor day bed, and plunge pool immediately beside the ocean. Wonderfully comfortable king bed, and large bathroom. The Fijian cultural buffet dinner was a real treat, and the food in the restaurant was delicious and well portioned.
We had made a mistake with booking accommodation on Tokoriki on the first and last nights of our trip, which wasn't possible because the ferry only sails once per day. The Sheraton Reservations office were very helpful at moving our accommodation to the Denarau Island resort on those nights with no added costs.
The wifi and television service were out to our half of the resort while there, and although the staff tried to fix this it was not done so within our visit. However, this didn't matter as not the point of a tropical holiday! Our bure smelled musty on arrival too, but dissipated after we arrived and opened the place up.

We loved our trip to Tokoriki. The Fijian greeting when we arrived was great, and our room was ready. I really recommend the breakfast included option. The food was delicious and kept us going all day. The view from the restaurant was amazing. The staff are really friendly. We loved the beach huts and the free jet ski rides out to the reef for snorkeling. There are lots of options for dinner including the Fijian feast and BBQ night (although quite pricey). There are activities every day which you can do like making raw fish salad.
The pool area is pretty noisy in the afternoon with volleyball.

Absolutely Everything! Cannot fault this place however the staff were AMAZING!!!! Highly recommend staying!!! All staff were so accommodating however Aku in the kitchen was unbelievable in assisting us with Vegan options.

Beautiful island, Nice white sand beach you can swim at then amazing snorkeling on the edge of the Reef a short swim out. extremely friendly staff, everyone was so nice to our 1.5 year old toddler constant high fives and calling his name he was like a celebrity. Pool area and rooms etc are good don't believe any negative review everything is well looked after and in good condition. There is good fridges in the rooms so take some beers from the main island if you want to save money on drinks.
There is not much not to like it is a great place and we would definitely stay again but...
The 3% charge on any card payment is annoying. Take cash if you can!
The food is good but quite expensive. We got the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner inclusive deal which was probably worth it but you were allowed a buffet breakfast and two courses each at each meal which was too much food when your just relaxing on a tropical island. Would be better is there was a cheaper option for one course each for lunch and dinner.

Everything, reading some negative reviews made me worried about staying here. I shouldn’t have been. Staff treat you like their own. Pool and drinks were awesome. I recommend a few days here as that was perfect time. Yes, water sports are subject to tides but it is due to safety and there was plenty others to do. I recommend getting a food package as then you get lunch and dinner with 2 courses or buffet which can get pricey. Village tour was awesome, feeding the fishes in the ocean was awesome, mini golf and the sports games and activities they provide daily are awesome. You need to remember you are also on an island that is away from the main land but in saying this it was such an amazing experience and the views and location were to die for. It’s what you make of your trip. Beach was beautiful, pool was good and bed was really comfy. Food was delicious. I will definitely be coming here again.

Wonderful, friendly, happy staff who gave every guest a huge welcome and equally big goodbye! . Great atmosphere.
Stunning location.
Totally relaxing, but an excellent activity programme if relaxing is not your thing!
Eating choices limited in the evenings - especially as Tokoriki is a small island with no alternative but to eat in the restaurants.

Nothing really
$180 dinners per person you tell me
My plunge pool was so dirty I couldn’t see the bottom the general pool also dirty cockroaches running wild on the breakfast bars and we were told that they can’t control it tv in the room but doesn’t work my aircon turned off for half a day and nothing was done after 6 six hours someone came in a casual manner and turned the circuit breaker back on and left so I was in that room at 30 degree heat for 6 hours for 30 second job it doesn’t end there half the island guests had gastro problems no wonder with all those cockroaches running around even though you pay top dollars for food they were less then average no amenities on the island everything you have to pay snorkeling 175 fjd fishing 790 fjd these are just simple things and their reason is they have outsourced the amenities to a private company I could go on for hours

- Pretty amazing location. The hotel is right on the beach, which is quite beautiful and well maintained.
- The room was comfortable, spacious and with a direct access to the beach.
- Free laundry!
- Some of the staff were very nice and the daily activities can be fun and interesting.
- Good breakfast with a large choice of options, decent restaurants, pretty good desserts.
- The welcome late at night was perfect. They made sure we could still have food even though it was almost closing time.
- The farewell ceremony made us a bit emotional.
- Accessing the hotel outside of the unique ferry scheduled every day becomes immediately 5 times more expensive. Writing this in 2023, the daily ferry is $177 per person when the other "on demand" ferries are $1,184 (for up to 4 people)... Might as well fly a helicopter if you arrive during daylight. It's slightly more expensive but you'll have a great experience and it only takes about 15 minutes, against 1 hour.
- The hotel will definitely NOT be proactive about helping you figure out how to come to the island. They never responded to our messages on Booking so we had to call to finally have someone help us. And even then the communication was not great and up until we landed we had no confirmation of how we would make it work. It was a very stressful way to start the holiday.
- For our departure, one staff said they will arrange the ferry and transfer to our next resort. Never heard the confirmation, we asked the reception, another staff picked it up, never heard a confirmation, we asked the reception, another staff picked it up again... Until the night before our departure no one was able to confirm how the transfer would happen. And once on the ferry the next day, we were asked our boarding pass that no one gave us or even mentioned before...
- Food is extremely expensive so you will for sure need to purchase a meal package
- All the water sports are also crazy expensive and we barely saw anyone use them...
- The overall organization amongst the staff is quite chaotic. We had issues with normal requests almost every day of the week we stayed. It can be that no one will come take our order at the restaurant or someone will forget a part of our order, or our order will take an hour to come, or the house keeping will forget our request... It becomes old very quickly. 4 different waiters would take care of us but it really didnt help as communication between them doesn't seem to flow consistently.
- Super low water pressure in our...

Wunderschöne einsame Insel, tolles Resort, herrliches Riff
Das Personal war oft etwas unorganisiert und chaotisch, ab 22.00h ist alles zu und es gibt auch an der Bar keine Getränke mehr.

Beautiful resort surrounded by crystal clear water! We loved every minute we spent here. The staff was exceptional, food was great and we enjoyed all the activities! The staff even prepared a sweet gender reveal for us! Thank you so much!
Good and drinks are a bit pricey but that is understandable due to the remote location of the island! Other than that everything was just perfect!

Everything it was all very lovely well kept and clean there was lots to do which was wonderful
When we first checked in and the rooms didn’t have wifi when I went to enquire about it they said it had been out for a week and was being fixed the day I enquired. Possibly something they should of let us know on check in. But other than that everything was great

Amazing location, clear blue water - great snorkelling, very friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel like family. Nice food, reasonably priced. Fun cultural night.
The shower - no pressure, very temperamental hot / cold water, sometimes no water coming out of the tap! That's about all!

Breakfast was amazing. Big shout out to Dean who was always available for anything we needed. We spent 4 days swimming from the beach the water was clean, clear and amazing.
The evening meals are a little pricey but being on an Island I suppose you have to factor in their transportation costs.
It would be good to have a few more smaller or pub type meals for those that hungry in the evening.

Location. Massive adults only bure accommodation with plunge pool facing the beach. Fresh hibiscus flower arrangement on arrival and each day in my room. Lovely friendly staff from reception, housekeeping and wait staff - Miriam, Illiesa, Mitzi, Annie, etc. Resort grounds well maintained. BBQ & cultural night was good.
Lack of tea and coffee making facilities. Limited food options at food venues - lunch/dinner options the same except for the Indian restaurant Curcumin which is open at dinner time on select nights. Uninspired chef - no specials. Staff lack knowledge of food options when asked. Bill being provided mid meal and being asked to complete. Pool towels not provided easily as I was at the adult section.

Awesome staff - nothing any trouble.
Room is getting a little tired
