Everything was excellent , from arrival to departure. They even checked us in at the hotel for our departure flight as they have a check in counter connected to the airlines.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and amenities were easily available. Relaxing environment and also breakfast was the best thing to have included.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff made us feel so welcome and were so lovely!! The rooms were very clean and well maintained and we enjoyed the pool! The surrounding restaurants were truthfully better, so we bar hopped and walked over to neighbouring restaurants for dinner. The only let down was how disorderly the buffet breakfast was - the food was excellent, but the staff were not. We sat down and ordered coffee, it didn’t arrive for 30mins. We queried with staff and were ignored numerous times until finally someone listened and processed the order. The wrong order arrived but we said okay that’s fine, as we did not want to wait another hour for coffee. We left the FULL cups on table and headed to get food.. only to come back to our table being cleared and staff saying we had to leave. We hadn’t even had a meal. Really disappointing and really think staffing and the quality of staffing in the buffet restaurant needs to be looked at.
