Room was spacious.
Having a guest lounge area right outside our room was incredibly inconvenient. Other guests gathered there to chat loudly, making it impossible for my family to rest. The hotel already has a perfectly good lobby downstairs- this extra seating area belongs to near the elevators, not directly next to guest rooms.

since we stay less then 24hrs, i would say that i love the staff, friendly and sweet. Breakfast is average for Malaysian.
i do not like the layout of the toilet. the type of Door is not suitable for small toilet. it's hard to get in and out.

It was close to the Airport, the staff was super nice and helpful.
It didn’t look like on the pictures. It was dirty in the room and overall in the hotel. There was a strong smell of dirt combined with the humidity. Stinky bed sheet and pillows.
