Super clean, great location, friendly and responsible staff. The fridge works great, which is quite rare in hotels. Service is 11/10, Babu (the administrator/receptionist) was very nice and helpful, recommended places in Rome, explained how public transport works and gave us a room tour

We were in Rome for 4 days - we liked the location less than 20 minute walk to Rome Termini, less than 10 minute walk to catch a bus to the Colloseum and Vatican, great selection of cafes, bistros and restaurants near by. Well priced. Most of all, in the current extreme heat of 38 degrees, the rooms air con worked extremely well so we had no issues resting and sleeping at night with our toddler too. It's on the 5th floor so recommend taking the lift. If you want practical and secure, this is the place.
I can't complain, we didn't book a 5* hotel and everything worked and staff were friendly and the location was good.

The apartment is in a great location to head into the centre of Rome, the bed was comfortable, shower was hot, had aircon just everything you need for a comfortable stay.
They were great hosts we had a problem with the aircon playing up, I messaged the host and explained what was happening , he went out of his way at 11:45pm at night to bring me a fan as the room was so hot to sleep.
The aircon worked no issue for the rest of the week.
Only thing is door frame in the shower needs refitting it’s very wobbly and has a nail partially out.
