Unexpected big room and bathroom (#114). Well working and silent air-condition. Relatively recently refurbished, very clean. Nice and helpful staff. In walking distance (if you like walking) from Termini, Barberini and Spanish steps. Five minutes from the Borghese park.
24 hour reception important for us, who arrived at 3 a.m.
The breakfast is without cooked items: Croissants, cakes, corn flakes, toast, jam, juice, coffee, tea. But this is Italy, where breakfast is not a thing.
There are traditional room keys. They are afraid that you run off with it, hence you are not let out until you have deposited the key in the reception. At some point, they would probably want to invest in a modern key card system.
