Super helpful staff! I appreciated the bellhop guy who opens the grab (southeast asian version of uber) and helped me with getting around. My room was spacious and it even had a kitchenette, although I didn't end up using it because there are so many restaurants around.
The breakfast needs a lot of improvement. I suggest you skip this unless you really want the convenience of just eating in the hotel in the morning. Otherwise, there's a pan de manila and a good specialty coffee shop across the street. Also didn't like that the gym was closed during my stay there. Check with the hotel first (they said renovations should be complete soon though)

We have been visiting Citadines since 2017 many times. The facilities are OK. Except for the restaurant Manifesto. Hen you are a regular guest you expect a personal welcome. This time I assume the receptionist was new, so there was no personal welcome. Client Satisfaction is important for a hotel so the reception was not in a good shape. Happily we met an employee who recognized us immediately and he helped us perfectly.

The room was large and very comfortable, which made the stay pleasant, and the hotel’s location is very convenient as it is the nearest to the BDO Tower (for Dutch Embassy), just a short walk through the parking garage across the street.
However, the restaurant was not open. Instead, they provided prepared cold meals of your choice. Luckily, there was a microwave available to heat them up, but this is not what you expect when staying in a hotel.
