Location and size of rooms. Breakfast was relatively good even if not buffet. Staff were also responsive and helpful

Very clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. I like the layout of the bathroom. Toilet on one side, shower on the other side with sink in the middle.
Location is unbeatable. Plenty of cafes, eateries within walking distance. In fact, they have an eatery just at the residence. They serve their breakfast there.
Staff are professional and friendly, though the lady at the reception can be more smiley.
All is good.

Safe location but it is a business district so you don’t get a true sense of the city. Clean hotel room but a little dated.
The hotel caters to business travel so it did feel a little out of place as travellers.
