My honest review after 1st time here. The place, location and overall facilities were really good. Hotel room was spacious and Spa is well maintained and clean. Breakfast was really good, up there with the best of them. A lot of variety so everyone can find something they like. Overall staff was polite and gave all the information we needed. Cant really say nothing bad overall the place and staff itself. But there are some issues/bad things...
10 euros for parking???? Really? We spent 450 euros for this 2 night getaway and you still want money for parking?
The sound, we arrived on Friday till Sunday and both night, someone played SUPER LOUD music pretty much all night. I know this is something that is hard to control, but still unpleasant if you want to relax.
Regarding spa, we booked silent spa and it was loud as hell. Everyone talked so loud and staff did not care. Solution for this is: add signs on every door about sound and staff at the reception should give a quick instruction.

The Location is good, breakfast was excellent! Parking place next to the hotel for extra charge was good! No need to search for the place on the streets.
The dinner at “Akord” restaurant was average. Very expensive for this quality (half of the dish was almost cold). At the room the parquet was off the floor.
