Excellent location — close to the beach, right on the famous Elephant Street, and just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. Delicious breakfast and very friendly, welcoming staff — highly recommended!
A few things could be better - the courtyard was quite noisy from around 7 a.m. due to a leaf blower and maintenance work, there was no hairdryer or shampoo in the bathroom, and the towels were quite worn.

Location is very good. Breakfast is quite decent.
Room did not match with the pictures described on the gallery - standard double room. I got the room with the ladder to the second floor which was not comfortable and at all and quite dangerous. They should mention this before confirming the reservation. Not suitable for elderly people.
