The room was comfortable, pleasant and quiet, and the spa met our expectations. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient, and everything at the reception was handled smoothly and quickly.
There was not much to complain about regarding the hotel itself. One small thing we noticed was that the housekeeping staff did not greet us when passing in the corridor. It is a minor detail, but a friendly “hello” would have made the experience feel a little warmer. We were also quite disappointed with the experience at the hotel’s restaurant Liiv. We had booked a table in advance and mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday, but were seated on a sofa directly by the bar and entrance, with very little privacy. The food was good and the service was okay, but the overall atmosphere and some aspects of the staff’s professionalism did not meet our expectations for a special occasion.

The location by the seaside is absolutely wonderful, with beautiful views of the surrounding pine forest. The terrace is gorgeous and perfect for relaxing, while the lobby is stylish and welcoming.
Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the room (1430). It was very narrow, and the bathroom was so small that it was difficult to open the shower properly. The shower itself could also use some renovation. The cleanliness was okay, but because the shower door does not allow the area to ventilate properly, moisture builds up over time and mould has already started to appear. I think improving the ventilation and renovating the shower would make a big difference.
The key card for the room was also quite inconvenient, as it kept getting stuck and made it difficult to open the door properly.
The spa itself was okay, although it was quite noisy and crowded, especially around the Japanese hot baths, despite the signs asking guests to enjoy the silence. However, this is probably something to expect when visiting on a Saturday.

The hotel is in a beautiful location surrounded by nature and close to the sea. The room was clean, and the unlimited access to the spa throughout the stay was a big advantage. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a short getaway.
The room lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator, kettle, or coffee machine. The shower cabin was quite small. The air conditioning was very strong and difficult to adjust comfortably.
The room door did not close properly and had to be pushed very hard until it clicked. Installing a self-closing mechanism or magnetic door catch would improve this.
During the summer, the children’s playground was closed, leaving very few activities for families with children on the hotel grounds.
