I was traveling with my adult daughter. Our room was generously sized. Breakfast was good. The option of going to the spa daily was very nice (we used it four times in seven days).
We each only received one small towel and one bath towel, and if one wants a towel at the spa, it's 3 Euros, which seemed a bit steep. The hotel doesn't clean rooms unless you request it, which we did on day #4. It would have been nice to be able to request clean towels more frequently.
Also, there was a charge for using the gym, so we worked out in our room or went running outside.

Great location in the Rotermann quarter, a recently regenerated part of the city, very near to the old town and sights.
It's a very nice hotel. Our room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The includive use of the spa area, pool, jacuzzis and saunas was a bonus.
The hot food section of the breakfast buffet - the food wasn't very warm and needed to be hotter.

SPA and perfect location, clean rooms.
The only disappointing thing was that the cocktails at the spa were poor quality (poured from pre-made “ready to go” mixes) and overpriced for that quality.
