Convenient location nearby the port, the old town and the airport. Room size was ok, pillow selection available. The spa with heated pool and several saunas
We arrived less than 1 hour earlier than the check in and although the room was ready, we have been asked for 10 euros for an early check in. I have never experienced that before and I wasn’t happy about it. The shower in the room a bit outdated and some mouldy patches. The shower area in the spa is flooded all times pausing some health risk for slipping

Situated close to the docks it is convenient to the center, it offer a decent Spa Center with nice swimming pools with bars but with sauna too cold for our tastes. Excellent Breakfast.
Let's address the elefant in the room: cleaness. The hotel adopts the worst of greenwashing policies I've ever seen and clean your room just AFTER the third night. The room itself wasn't cleaned with care and our kid found a pair of DIRTY man underware under his bed/couch. Saunas are cold - were we in Estonia??, the room temperature was difficult to set due to pre-historic termostat (settings: -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3, :D) and air conditioning was noisy.
