A first-class hotel right next to Tallinn's city center, everything is within walking distance.
The staff were truly friendly, the food in the hotel restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was good.
The room was very clean and spacious(Executive Family Room with King Bed and Day Bed).
Parking was available both in front of the hotel and next to it in a parking lot, very affordable(6€/24h, needed to dowload an app, easy). I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
The cleaner who worked on the floor was very friendly, also teh young man in the restaurant.

Due to a group booking the spa and rooftop was closed for us.

The hotel is nice overall, with a good design and an excellent location, close to both the Old Town and the harbour. The location is definitely one of its main advantages.
Service was not perfect. The cleaning was poor on some days, and the towels were not changed. The air conditioning could not be adjusted, so it was too hot at night and uncomfortable to sleep.
We also had an issue with the payment. We paid the full amount in cash at check-in. However, when we were checking out, we were asked to pay again because our payment had not been recorded in the system. We explained that we had already paid at check-in, and the employee said it was fine and there was no problem. After that, however, I received a phone call regarding the same payment issue and had to explain the situation again.
Considering that the hotel is quite expensive for its category, I don’t think the level of service justifies the price.
