Good localisation, very nice and new apartament. We stayed as a group of 8 and it was very comfortable. Good communcation and Access to information from stuff

The flat was spotted on and fully equipped. Spacious, with high ceilings.
Amenities are provided and there is a wide choice of things to use.
Staff (although via an AI bot) is super friendly and accessible.
Pillows might not be for everyone and offering a more firm option could be beneficial for some.

The Apartment was clean and nicely decorated, it felt like home with little bit a touch of hotel feeling. Also the was plenty of kitchen amenities. Location was super. This was my 4th time here during this year.
Unofortunatley I had to gave poor points to this reservation, because Bob W’s partner downstrairs (restaurant Senso) kept us awake until 1 am because of the loud music. It is sad that Bob W allows their partner to disturb clients stay. Nothing is worst than you can’t sleep during your stay.
