The room was clean, and the space was enough for people. It has the essential things that you need to cook and to cover the needs during a travel.
It would be great to have a broom and cleaning supplies while we're there.

Excellent location, only a 5 minute walk to Old Town. All modern appliances and facilities—kitchen, washer and dryer. Nice balckout curtains for the summer months.

De locatie is perfect; je loopt in een paar minuten naar Rotermanni en binnen een half uurtje lopen ben je op zo ongeveer alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden. Om de hoek een prima koffietentje voor ontbijt en lunch. Tram stopt ook voor de deur.
De airco en de herrie van de weg. De airco staat pal op de bedden gericht en zo ver van de thermostaat dat instellen ervan geen verschil maakt. Slapen met open raam is geen optie door de weg die langs het pand loopt. Kennelijk hebben ze in Tallinn een sterke voorkeur voor auto's en motoren die extra veel geluid maken.

The apartment itself is really nice, just as described in many of the other reviews.
We had a bad luck and an unpleasant experience because the door code did not work when we arrived. We contacted customer support by phone immediately, but the problem could not be resolved until the evening.
Fortunately, the cleaning staff happened to be nearby and let us into the apartment. However, we could not leave the apartment afterward because we were worried we would not be able to get back inside.
We were told that the issue was caused by a failure of the company's technical partner. Despite the significant inconvenience this caused, no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered.
