Everything has been great for me. The room is spacious, and the front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. In fact, everyone here has been very kind and willing to help guests whenever needed.
Also is close to old town. Location is perfect.
Water pressure is ok. Hope stronger.

The reception stuff was very friendly, the breakfast was pretty good and only a short distance to the old town and Rotermann which was great.
The sink in our bathroom was annoying. Very uncomfortable to wash teeth and couldn't fit the kettle there to fill it directly. Not a huge problem but we noticed these little things that could improve :) .

Good location and breakfast, spacious and clean room. Good value.
The bed was uncomfortable and at times I could hear music from the street.
