The location was excellent. The rooms are big and comfortable.
When I got my room and was ready to go to sleep, I realized the pillow cases, the sheets and the cover hadn’t been changed. There were make up traces in the pillows and hairs in the cover. I had to request a room change and check every inch of the bed.

The hotel is centrally located and in walking distance to the many beautiful places in Querétaro. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the room was spacious comfortable and very clean.
The only thing I wished for was a small refrigerator in the room but I understand that is not very common in Mexico hotel rooms.
