The rented Villa is spacious for the whole family. Nice bathroom, spacious living room and kitchen area. Fully air conditioned.
Heavy leakage in kitchen, although reported and suposedly fixed, still kept filling the kitchen. No broom nor mop in the villa to at least mop ourselves the brown water pouring from the kitchen cabinet.
The private pool was dirty (a lot of leaves in it). Had to ask to check the pool as the system seemed shot down. Filters were completely clogged with leaves.
Due to the fauna, mosquitos are during day and night biting you. A mosquito repel is a must!

I liked that the property was nicely located. Staff were okay/friendly
Our bed and pillows were super hard. We requested a quiet room and got a room that had major construction going on right behind us. Even though the construction was not a part of the resort they knew about it and didn’t do anything to upgrade our stay. The bathroom door in our room creeked so bad just as in horror films. Light switches are outdated and would flicker on and off in the bathroom. Wifi didn’t work so well in the room either. Thank goodness we only stayed a couple of days and would never stay there again.
