It was quiet and well kept. Staff was very attentive and addressed any minor issues we had immediately.
When booking it appeared there were two rooms in the photos yet upon arrival there was one bed.
Lots of construction in the area but overall felt safe

A big penthouse in front of the sea, amazing view!
The whole spacious upstairs (mezzanine area) is a waste, as there are very old sofas you don’t dare to sit on and there is no furniture in the terrace. And as there is no AC in the kitchen/living area (because it’s such an open space to upstairs), it’s actually unpleasant the temperature inside most of the time (even in the evenings)!

The area the hotel is located in is gorgeous. In fact, that's an understatement. It's so picturesque. It's very walk-able with a lot of dining options within 5 minutes walking of the hotel. The staff is amazing, especially Marlo, who is a wealth of information on all things to do in Willemstad and Curacao. The hotel is clean, the room was very spacious, the A/C was great, WIFI was fast and they even had a ton of streaming apps on the TV.
Honestly this is nitpicking but I wish they had a fitness center or gym. However there is one about a ten minute walk from the hotel. So really this is a minor thing.
