The location is really nice and central, the building is beautiful, the room was really nice designed and the view from the balcony beautiful. The staff was nice and polite, the atmosphere in the garden was nice.
For the price we paid we still had to pay breakfast which was pretty basic and expensive, the room had a missing glass window on one of the doors, so the cold air from the AC would leave easy and was difficult to make it cold. It was quite noisy at 5AM from people near by partying or 7-8am for the workers starting to work, as it is in the center of the city. There were no wardrobes in the room, so our clothes were lying on the couch and in the suitcases on the floor.
It is ok to charge high prices, but then the service provided needs to be well thought through.

Great location, walkable distance to the famous floating bridge and many restaurants.
Room space is pretty good.
The bathroom plumbing had a terrible smell after using the shower and it was hard to sleep with that smell.
The mattress could be better.
