From arrival, the first impression is the building itself and front staff. The grounds are well kept and the staff is extremely interactive and helpful. Our room was ready, clean and we got welcome fruit platter and wine. We loved the location of the room. All restaurant staff was polite and they were attentive to guests, clearing tables, refreshing drink, etc. The variety at the buffet was impressive.
The staff at the bars deserved some extra recognition especially the bar on the beach on the Rif side. We found ourselves there after dinner every night of our stay.
I was especially appreciative of how extremely clean the bathrooms were all around the property.
The mangrove side is much more fast pace so it was nice to visit and be able to retreat to the calmer Rif side when were were done.
I am already looking into a return visit. Curacao is a wonderful place and The Rif made our experience amazing.
I should have stayed longer.
