Check in was horrible. Walking through the poker machine room filled with smoke, very poor lighting. Check in desk unattended.
After that it got better. Room was very ordinary - in need of refurbishment, but extremely clean. Door was very difficult to open
Shower had a few broken tiles, but again clean, water was hot. Room too small to accommodate three people. Side table useless for the amenities provided. Hand basin in main room was also the sink

Room was roomy and comfortable.
Lack of power points. With a room set up to accommodate five and, with today's technology, there was not enough power points. Lack of bed lamps - only overhead, bright lighting. Only 1 bedside table - we had to use dining chairs so phone etc not on floor. Broken wardrobe, Lack of cupboards - cutlery on one side of room and dished etc in bathroom vanity. Fridge in bathroom??? Needed another small cupboard next to TV to accommodate said kitchen equipment. Three rooms in the end corner with only one tight car space. Played musical cars with neighbours daily to get into spot.
