Having pet friendly accommodation. We left something behind and the staff found it and mailed it on to us (at our expense, of course) after we contacted them - this was excellent service.

Spacious apartment with all facilities
Was advised apartment had shower over bath which was changed on request for walk-in - did not appear to be heavily booked.

We always find the receptionist to be polite and helpful . Check in is always easy
Was disappointed to find half eaten ice cream in the freezer of the fridge . Makes you wonder just how thorough the cleaning is
