What we liked: the location was great, the building was quiet, and the air conditioning worked very well. The contract, Antonella, was prompt and kind, and gave us great recommendations for sightseeing.
The bed was horrifically uncomfortable and even though we booked for a king size bed, we got two twin beds pushed together. The mattresses were incredibly hard and lumpy, and we both ended up with terrible back pain after just one night.
The toilet didn’t flush when you pushed the button on the wall for the entirety of the first night, but it did eventually work in the morning.
The water pressure in the shower was very weak.
