Location
The receptionist were not accommodating seeing as that I wanted to extend my stay and whilst I also work in the hospitality industry it is never okay to tell a client that there’s nothing they can do about a certain issue.

We enjoyed the 3 nights we stayed over at this hotel.
Although the furniture and decorations are not modern, it is a charming old hotel that has/is being renovated. It is very central with shops, affordable restaurants and harbour with sailing boats on your doorstep.
We had a separate bedroom and a separate kitchen unit and a balcony.
Sparkling clean swimming pool
Biggest concern is there is no air-conditioning, so in summer we had to keep windows open which then was noisy as we overlooked the pool.

Great location in Portocolom and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the bay.
If you are looking for a good night sleep, you won´t find it here. Throughout the entire night people scream, sing and step through the noisy hallways. It was impossible for us to sleep through the night. Also the hallway smelled of cannabis the entire day and we could hear every word our neighbours were saying. Our private bathroom across the hallway was very dirty and the mould was present in the shower.
