Location
I arrived and the front door was locked. I had not had an email telling me how to get inside. I had to phone both the numbers on their sign board outside - both unanswered - and then I got an automated text message with entry details. No personal touch - sad.

So many personal touches and real attention to detail. We were sorry only to stay the one night, we'd have liked to enjoy more time here.
