Carefully planned with hikers in mind; room had a little kitchenette included, which was very convenient; great touch with providing eco-friendly toiletries and recycling facilities; some wonderful ideas on how to make the stay more enjoyable and memorable, e.g. outdoor cooking area, a fabulous decking area with a pool and outdoor showers, toilets; coffee machines.
Amazing location for walking directly on the moors.

The hot tub. Beds were comfortable.
Very quirky, you had to turn the sink tap on to get the shower to work, there was something called Snoap instead of shampoo and shower gel (except that it had run out), everything was quite random and a bit ramshackle. More like a fun hostel than a hotel.
