The restaurant is really good (included breakfast and sushi offerings) and the staff there was very friendly. The rooms are big and were really clean. Great value and location, in the heart of Cancun with quick access to everything.
Our only issue was with the reception staff, they help us with issues in our first room, but they were rude about it, and after that we felt they were bit hostile to us during the remaining of our stay.

The breakfast and restaurant staff was great. The bed linens were clean, and AC worked well. Overall comfortable stay and lots of potential, very cool property grounds.
The property felt under construction, the room was a little more dusty, dirtier than I’d expect for a 5 star property.

Location and staff
Our bathroom’s shower had a really weird smell and the water coming from the shower head smelled like rust - a very unpleasant experience and it didn’t make us feel safe when taking a shower. Which is kinda problematic in a tropical and humid city.
The pool is not at all like the pictures. It is super small and dirty.
It is definitely a boutique hotel - it has a lot of a hostel vibe and didnt live up to the expectations I have of a boutique stay.
