Dennis the host was very kind and took good care of me, he arranged my transport from the airport, drove me to the bank and provided me with company and stories when I was feeling lonely.
No AC in the room so I struggled to sleep in the heat. I also found the bed too hard so slept on both mattresses to make it more comfortable. I also found the pillow too bulky so didn’t use it. I felt a little awkward around the rest of the family too

Staying at Le Meridien BnB was one of the highlights of my trip to Sri Lanka. Denis and Jasintha were incredibly welcoming, kind, and generous from the moment I arrived. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and always made me feel completely at home.
More than just a place to stay, it felt like spending time with friends. We shared meals, stories, and plenty of laughs, and I came away with a much deeper appreciation of Sri Lankan food, culture, and hospitality. Their warmth and genuine care made the experience so much more meaningful than staying in a hotel.
If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be welcomed like family and experience true Sri Lankan hospitality, I couldn’t recommend Le Meridien BnB more highly.
Not the place for you if you are looking for close proximity and convenience to shops and amenities.

Dennis was welcoming and very helpful. The location is close to the airport and the bus stop is only a short walk away to get into the main town of negombo

It was a nice house on a quiet backstreet. A 15 minute walk to the bus stop to get to Negombo.
