Great location in the West End. All of the amenities you would expect for a pleasant stay.
No issues with obtaining the code via phone to enter the apartment and deposit was returned within 2 working days.
The rooms could definitely do with a touch up regarding decoration and furniture, as everything is quite dated. I would have expected that spotless, clean linen is provided between guests for hygiene reasons.
Cleanliness could be improved by ensuring either new or extremely well cleaned linen is provided. The main beds were reasonable, however the pull out beds were unusable due to heavy stains alone. As we were a group of guys, we just bunked up on the double beds and didn't create a fuss, but this would be an issue if travelling with children or family etc.

We thought the location was very good. Everything needed was in the apartment. Security was a little OTT but understandable when it's not staffed at all times and we did feel safe!
Some of the furnishings had seen better days and the shower needed a really good scrub - cillit bang is excellent for this! Smaller rooms than expected.

Location.
The cleanliness was poor. Kitchen backsplash was covered in grease. Bathrooms needing a good clean and dust and hair evident. Bedrooms under beds filthy. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable.
