Location location
The hotel itself was great, and the location was excellent. However, I was very disappointed with the housekeeping service.
The biggest issue was the lack of proper hygiene and cleaning standards. The towels and bed sheets were not changed regularly. Even more concerning, I saw the housekeeper washing the drinking glasses in the bathroom using the same gloves that had been used to clean the toilet. No dish soap was used, and the glasses were dried with the same cloths that were being used to clean and dry other areas of the bathroom.
This was extremely unhygienic and made me uncomfortable using the glasses in the room. I hope the hotel management takes this issue seriously and provides proper training and supervision to the housekeeping staff.
Aside from the housekeeping concerns, everything else was great, especially the location.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a very central location, making it ideal for visiting galleries, auction houses and museums. Overall, I had a good stay.
The breakfast was also good, although I was extremely disappointed to find a piece of glass from a cup inside the chia pudding. It was embedded in the pudding and I only noticed it once it was in my mouth. This was potentially very dangerous, and the staff’s response when I reported it was somewhat underwhelming.
One small improvement would be to provide a set of drawers for clothes, as not all items can be stored on hangers, particularly for longer stays.
