The hotel doesn’t meet requirements of 4 stars status. Good 3 but no 4

Good location, clean room

no buffet on breakfast (as in description). the person on kitchen was cutting bread without gloves and gave it to clients. Before I could see the same person cleaning the room. I booked the room with bathroom but we got with shower with explanation that hotel is full. The room was changed next day only after long disputes. No hair conditioner

SCAM HOTEL!

it’s a bad fake hotel. don’t trust them they’re faking everything. not supportive the hotel was less than what it showed in the pictures the reviews are paid people to do it.

book another hotel don’t stay there it’s a SCAM

Clean and central hotel but don’t expect hospitality.

The hotel was central to shops and restaurants, its very clean and a quaint hotel. The Decor and location was the main reason for our booking. We booked adjoining rooms which were private and an adequate size.

The staff did not go above and beyond to enhance you stay, in fact they seemed a little annoyed when we asked for assistance. There is a lack of coffee with milk facilities in the room so we requested milk be brought to the room which never materialised. We tried the coffee machine in the foyer but it became apparent, when the machine started smoking, that the milk was empty, the receptionist had to come and help but he did not look happy about it. There is no information booklet in the room and very little stock in the mini bar which was incredibly expensive. We couldn’t see a restaurant in the hotel, just a foyer area and no one showed us round or offered any information. The lift is the smallest lift we have ever experienced, only two people can accommodate it so we took the stairs.

Lovely comfortable hotel in a perfect location.

The room was lovely, comfortable and had everything we needed. Only slight negative is that there was a slight noise coming from the pipework in the ceiling but a very minor thing. Our coffee machine was not working and we told reception and they sorted it out straight away.

Perfect location to enjoy Paris.

Great location. Our room was as advertised and we were very pleased with it. Our room was small but adequate. The bathroom was beautiful. The rainfall shower and pressure lovely. Room was quiet and bedding very comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Had an elevator that was small but worked well. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything inside the room l stayed.

There was a half-liter glass bottle of water on the desk, placed near the coffee machine in my room. There was no indication of any price placed anywhere in the room for that bottled water, nor a notice that it wasn't free and it was not even listed on the minibar list either. So l took it to drink it during my business day in Paris. In the morning l checked out and left my luggage at the hotel to pick it up later. When l returned, l was quite rudely asked if l took that bottle and then l was asked to pay 15 euros for it !!!! Apparently it wasn't free, although no indication in the room mentioned this and the way the bottle was placed, every visitor would most likely think that it was free. I disliked very much the rude way staff approached me about this and also it's outrageous price. Management at this hotel should realize that small stuff like this may make all the difference !
