It is expensive for what it is, but I guess these are the prices in Galápagos. The room was big and confortable. Staff was really kind. The location is good because the city is very small. You are not in the center, but it is very close to it. The coffe is really bad.

Nice location within easy walk of the town and restaurants.
The poorest breakfast offering we had in Ecuador. The fruit served on our first morning was served again on the following 2 mornings. The man serving breakfast was more interested in his phone than hospitality and the condiments haven't been cleaned for a while.
The air-conditioning was so loud that we had to pretty much shout to communicate. A replacement was organised but wasn't much better. We ended up having to turn it off to sleep and rely on fans which we provided ourselves as the hotel didn't have any.
The Inn is overpriced and this score is based on our other stays in the Galápagos Islands and our friends accommodation in Isabella. With some financial investment and staff training this could be an amazing place to stay.
