Wonderful location, friendly and helpful staff, and well renovated rooms. Very unique to stay at a former monastery turned culinary school.
The rooms were clean and well designed with still adhering to the original architecture. They had a slightly different smell, not bad just different.

Great location, ancient convent well furnished, modernizes interiors while keeping the ancient layout
Just come prepared for small rooms
Dinner is overpriced and breakfast is definitely not worth 10€ (very few choices of food)
Also they were low on staff and we had to wait a while
$$$$
