easy to get to from water bus stop, no bridges to cross etc.
Breakfast was very good. fresh cooked eggs and bacon, sausage, ham. fresh juice, good coffee.
Close to St Marks square.
Clean room and serviced well throughout stay.

The stuff was very helpful, they allowed us into the room a bit earlier which was super nice.
Great location, cosy room, uncomplicated service.
The bathroom was a bit small but still functional.

Amazing location 2 mn away from San marco on a little charming piazza and great value for money! Nice personal at check in, even gave a free upgrade. Modern room. Only the shower with just curtains was not enough for not wetting at the bathroom. Other than that, everything great!!!

Location was great and decent breakfast.
Beds, pillows were terrible. Room wasn’t actually in hotel and faced a building site, meaning no privacy.

"Loved the location. So close to St. Mark's. We easily walked there in a few minutes. The room was small but it's Venice and that's normal. We mostly slept there. The AC was welcome in the June heat. ..."
