Breakfast overpriced and not always hot. Took long time for replacements to arrive.
Room Only 1 set of towels provided although we had booked as a couple. Had to leave the room to ask for additional set. No one at the desk and could not find a staff member to help. Eventually someone came to the desk.
Bed had a hard mattress.

Everything , the food excellent the service brilliant and the rooms and bathrooms were great.
The gentleman on reception was called marco , he is a gem of a guy and great icon for the hotel. His bright helpful attitude makes you feel wanted and welcome .
If anything the rooms could do with more accessible charging points or power points .

Location is good for access
Not very personal. Like a large health club. Rooms very nondescript. All clean though. Felt it suited a younger clientele than ourselves.
